collaboration

Collaboration is key to driving meaningful and sustainable change. By working closely with communities, other NGOs, local governments, and the private sector, we ensure efforts are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with local needs. Communities provide valuable insights into challenges and effective solutions. Partnering with NGOs combines expertise and avoids duplication, while local governments ensure scalability and sustainability. Collaboration with the private sector brings innovation, funding, and technology.

The big sister mentorship program "Id love to be just like you!"

volunteer in our big sister mentorship programme

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young girls? Join the Yerwa Foundation’s Big Sister Mentorship Programme as a volunteer and help empower the next generation!

We need passionate individuals to assist with event logistics, coordinate activities, provide admin support, capture moments as media experts, and, most importantly, serve as Big Sisters to guide and inspire young girls.

Whether you’re great at planning, mentoring, storytelling, or working behind the scenes, your skills can make a big impact. By volunteering, you’ll help create meaningful experiences that build confidence, foster growth, and open up opportunities for girls in our community.
